Development - Esie Community High School Teachers

Omo Ibile Esie, North America in action – The young shall grow goes a very important saying. The young shall inherit the future.  In order to help prepare our youth for what is a very difficult future, we need to arm them with good education.
Unfortunately, our primary and secondary schools are struggling for critical resources to help them prepare for the future.  They have lots of needs.  However, we can only do so much.  Needs include but not limited to - teachers, computer learning center, Physics laboratory, Chemistry laboratory, Biology laboratory, Home Economics laboratory, and library.
Teachers – In a competitive environment where failure to secure a spot in one of the universities or other higher learning institution can lead to perpetual state of poverty, Omo Ibile Esie, NA is trying to give the students of Esie Community High School  a leg up by supporting and fully funding the hiring of teachers.  Teachers were hired to prepare the students for the National University Entrance examinations in the areas of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English language, and Computer Technology.  The program is a win-win for the students and teachers.
Our teachers are new university graduates with a chance to be gainfully employed in a very high unemployment environment.  Being recent University graduates, they can better relate to our students since they were about 4 – 5 years removed from the situations that our students are facing.
