Omo Ibile Esie, NA in Action – There is nothing more important than teaching our youths and community at large about entrepreneurship and technology. With the help and support of KASLAD Technologies in collaboration with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agencies of Nigeria, Ilorin office, Community High School Esie with the help of Omo Ibile Esie, NA held a 2-day seminar to help drive the importance entrepreneurship skills acquisition in the Information and Communication Technology world.
ESIE C.H.S: Between 12th - 13th March, 2015 the Ministry of Education will Host Small And Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) On A 2-Day ICT/Entrepreneurship Workshop At Community High School Esie. Program is to help develop entrepreneur skills in our young adults and students.
The teachers and Principal Mr. Taye Odedeji have been a game changer for the school and the community. The school has already been tapped for a literacy campaign program through its library.

The target is to get the schools and Nigerians better informed and equipped to cope with the contemporary challenges of entrepreneurship skills acquisitions drive and the ICT to create a new and unique generation of entrepreneurs for economic development.
As an agency we have the mandate to make Nigerians self-reliant by encouraging them to explore, expose and exploit the economic resources that are abound in their environments for aggregate community and national development.
SMEDAN has a state office in Ilorin and it partners with trade groups, Non-organizations government agencies and ministries, communities etc. to create a dynamic network of stakeholders for an accelerated economic growth.

A workshop of this Nature is very important because stakeholders in Education in the 21st Century are different from previous generations. We are faced with different set of challenges requiring different set of answers and new ways thinking. The proprietors, the government are therefore commended for this initiative.
Chairman, Parent-Teacher-Association/ Chief Imam Of Esie Alhaji Buari Bojuwoye Appreciated the state Government and the Federal Agency for the rare privilege and support for the school. However, the school needs to be supported with more Teachers especially in the core subjects like English Language, Mathematics and Science to sustain the new development.

I sincerely appreciate the facilitator Engineer Kasem Olayemi the Chief Executive Officer of KASLAD technologies and Engineer (Mrs) Zainab Abdulkardir for considering the school worthy of the sentisization programme.
